btedt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire legal agreement between you ("Player", "User") and btedt ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the btedt website, games, and related services. By creating an account, logging in, or placing any wager on btedt, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and close your account.

btedt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for checking this page periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address registered on the account.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open and maintain a btedt account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• You must be at least 21 years of age. btedt does not permit registration by persons under 21, regardless of whether online gambling is legally permitted for younger adults in a given jurisdiction.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally entitled to use online gaming services from your location.
• You must register with accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, and active mobile number. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Each player is permitted one account only. If btedt detects multiple accounts linked to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any pending withdrawals forfeited pending investigation.
• You must not be a director, employee, or consultant of btedt or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

btedt processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports instant mobile banking deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are subject to the limits and procedures set out in this section.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit is ৳100. The maximum single deposit is ৳50,000 via bKash or Nagad, and ৳30,000 via Rocket. Daily deposit limits may apply at the platform's discretion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Deposits are credited to the btedt wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. btedt is not liable for delays caused by the payment provider's network or system issues.
• btedt does not charge a fee on deposits. Your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges — please check with your provider.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless the player has completed the KYC verification process and requested an alternative method via support.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission. Processing times may be extended during peak periods or if additional verification is required.
• btedt reserves the right to request KYC documentation (government-issued ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will delay or prevent withdrawal.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

btedt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus terms in this section.

General Bonus Conditions

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following conditions apply to all bonuses credited to a btedt account.

• Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms and is typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Only real-money wagers placed on eligible games contribute towards wagering requirements. Certain game categories (e.g., low-RTP table games, specific jackpot slots) may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category is published in the promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: all bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.
• btedt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonuses credited as a result of a technical error will be voided.

Bonus Abuse

btedt actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, colluding with other players, or systematically withdrawing bonus funds without genuine play intent. Confirmed abuse will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per device. Where btedt identifies multiple accounts from the same household attempting to claim the same welcome offer, all but the first qualifying account will be disqualified.

5. Fair Play, Prohibited Conduct, and Account Suspension

btedt is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances without the right to appeal.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are prohibited on the btedt platform:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human play.
• Colluding with other players, sharing account credentials, or operating a single account on behalf of multiple individuals (syndicate betting).
• Attempting to exploit any glitch, error, or misconfiguration in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other activity that violates applicable financial crime laws.

Account Suspension and Termination

btedt may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, prohibited conduct, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players. Upon termination for cause, the forfeiture of any bonus balance (and associated winnings) is automatic. Real-money balances that are not the product of prohibited conduct will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

6. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection

btedt is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We provide the following tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, a limit cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Time-out: players may request a temporary break from the platform of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, the account is fully accessible after the period expires.
• Self-exclusion: players who feel their gambling is becoming a problem may apply for self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the support team and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Reality checks: players may configure session time alerts that notify them at regular intervals of how long they have been playing in the current session.
• Minor protection: players must not permit any person under the age of 21 to access their btedt account. Where minors are present in the household, players are strongly advised to use device-level parental controls and to keep login credentials secure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the btedt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, sound effects, animations, and the overall user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of btedt or its licensed suppliers. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.

Restrictions on Use

Players must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the btedt platform without explicit prior written permission from btedt. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any game or platform software is strictly prohibited.

Third-Party Game Software

Games available on btedt are provided by licensed third-party game developers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and others. Those games are governed by the intellectual property terms of the respective developers in addition to these Terms. btedt does not own the game software and is not liable for the game outcome calculations performed by the third-party RNG systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, btedt disclaims all liability for any losses or damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity, including losing wagers and forfeited bonuses.
• Service interruptions, technical errors, internet connectivity failures, or any other event outside btedt's reasonable control that results in the unavailability of the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if btedt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

btedt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By accepting these Terms you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy.

btedt implements industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, salted password hashing, and regular security reviews. However, no online system can guarantee absolute security. Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activity that occurs under their account.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the btedt platform shall first be subject to btedt's internal complaint resolution process. Players should submit complaints in writing via the support contact details on this page. btedt will acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, the player may pursue the matter through any applicable legal channels available in Bangladesh. btedt does not submit to the jurisdiction of any specific arbitration body and makes no representation that disputes will be resolved in any particular forum.
